At Welco Garment Machinery Pvt. Ltd., we adhere to a structured, technology-driven manufacturing flow designed to deliver high precision, durability, and performance in every machine. Below is an overview of our key process stages:
1. Component Sourcing & Quality Verification
We begin by procuring premium-grade raw materials and precision components (metals, rollers, heaters, hydraulic parts) from trusted vendors.
Every incoming component is inspected for dimensional accuracy, material strength, and finish quality before entering production.
2. Fabrication & Machining
The core structure and body parts of machines are fabricated using processes like cutting, bending, welding, and precision machining (milling, turning, drilling) under strict tolerance controls.
Machined surfaces are finished (polished, ground) to ensure accuracy in alignment and assembly.
3. Sub-Assembly Fabrication
Fabrication of functional sub-units (e.g. heater assemblies, pressure rollers, conveyor systems, pneumatic units, control modules) is done in parallel.
These sub-assemblies are tested individually to ensure they conform to performance standards.
4. Assembly & Integration
Sub-assemblies are brought together for the final equipment build.
Specialized jigs and fixtures ensure precise alignment of rollers, heat zones, conveyors, and pressing surfaces.
Wiring, electrical panels, pneumatic lines, and control units are installed and integrated carefully.
5. Calibration & Performance Testing
Fully assembled machines undergo rigorous testing under various loads and operational cycles to validate temperature stability, pressure uniformity, cycle times, and operational consistency.
Any deviations are adjusted via fine calibration of controls, feedback loops, and mechanical tolerances.
6. Quality Inspection & Validation
We employ in-depth inspections covering mechanical precision, electrical safety, leak testing, and operational endurance.
Each unit passes functional verification before it is approved for dispatch.
7. Finishing, Coating & Aesthetics
Machines are treated with protective coatings, powder coating, or paint finishes to ensure durability and resistance to industrial environments.
Nameplates, labels, and control decals are affixed with clarity and durability in mind.
8. Packaging & Dispatch Preparation
Each machine is securely packed: cushioned internally, wrapped with protective materials, mounted on suitable wooden pallets or frames to prevent damage during transit.
Operational manuals, spare parts kits, and safety accessories are included within or alongside the packaging.
Units are tagged, labeled, and prepared for shipment following industry-standard packaging norms.
